Most brain age quizzes ask you whether you enjoy parties and then tell you that you are thirty one. This one does not ask you anything about yourself. Instead it measures five things directly: how fast you react to a colour change, how much of a short list you can hold in your head, how well you resist a word that is lying about its own colour, how many digits you can carry, and how quickly you spot the odd one out. Those five numbers become a single brain age, presented next to whatever age you claim to be.
Complete five short tests in a row. Each one takes under a minute and starts as soon as you are ready. Do not look away during the reaction test, do not write anything down during the memory tests, and answer the colour test with the colour you see rather than the word you read. At the end you enter your real age and receive a brain age alongside a breakdown of the five scores.
