Doodle Coaster
THE IDEA
About Doodle Coaster
Doodle Coaster turns a single drawn line into a roller coaster you can ride. Sketch a gentle curve, a sprawling spiral, or an ambitious tangle, then take the front seat as your drawing becomes a three-dimensional track. This version travels through a lakeside amusement park, with red steel rails, a station, leafy paths and rides around the water. Show or hide the track, supports, and little route map while you ride. Back at the station, take another lap, draw a different route, save a picture, or share a link so a friend can experience the same coaster.
How to Play
Press and drag across the drawing area with a mouse, finger, or stylus to make one continuous line. Draw enough track to reach the minimum length of 25 meters. Release to review your route, then choose Start or press Enter or Space to ride. Choose Redraw if you want another attempt. During the ride, use the track, pillars, and map buttons to change what is visible; the M key also toggles the map. When you arrive back at the station, ride again, start a fresh drawing, save an image, or share your coaster on X.
GOOD TO KNOW
FAQ
- How do I make a coaster?
- Draw one continuous stroke with your mouse, finger, or stylus. The route must be at least 25 meters long. When the drawing is ready, press Start, Enter, or Space to begin the ride.
- Can my friends ride the track I drew?
- Yes. The sharing link includes your track, so a friend opening it can ride the same route. The station screen also lets you share on X or save an image of your coaster.
- What can I change during the ride?
- Use the three display buttons to show or hide the rails, supporting pillars, and route map. Pressing M also toggles the map. The coaster follows your drawn route automatically.
- Can I draw on my phone?
- Yes. Draw directly on the play area with your finger, then use the on-screen controls to start, ride again, or redraw. A modern browser with WebGL support is required for the three-dimensional ride.
