About Fireworks Playground
A little wish deserves a big sky. Fireworks Playground is an interactive night sky where familiar shapes, short messages, and your own pictures bloom into colored sparks. Tap a quiet patch of sky to send up a rocket, hold FIRE for a small celebration, or let an automatic show take over. Try a heart in pink, a ring in blue, or a favorite photo made entirely of light. There is no score and no finish line. The quiet night sky invites you to slow down, experiment, and keep a picture of a moment you like.
How to Play
Click or tap the night sky to launch a firework at that position. Press FIRE or the space bar to launch the current selection; hold either to keep firing. Open the firework selector to choose a shape, write a message of any length, or select a picture from your device. Pick a color, try the automatic show, and turn sound on when you want it. The pause button stops the animation. Use the camera button to save a PNG; on a phone, open the help button for saving and fullscreen controls.

FAQ
- Are my pictures uploaded?
- No. Pictures are decoded and turned into particles inside your browser. They are not sent to a server or saved between visits. PNG, JPG, WebP, GIF, and AVIF files up to 12 MB are supported; GIF uses one frame.
- Can I make a firework out of words?
- Yes. Open the firework selector and choose the middle text tab. Write a message of any length, check its preview, and select Use this message. Longer messages wrap onto several lines and, when needed, continue across multiple fireworks. Keep firing or start Auto show to play every part in order.
- Does Fireworks Playground work on a phone?
- Yes. Tap the sky or hold FIRE, and use the selector for shapes, text, or a local image. Automatic quality uses a smaller particle budget on narrow screens. You can also choose a lower quality in the selector.
- How do I save the fireworks?
- Use the camera button on desktop, or the save button inside Help on a phone. It downloads the current canvas as a PNG without the controls. Pause at a moment you like before saving.
- Can I pause the animation or keep it silent?
- Sound starts off and only turns on when you choose it. Use Pause or press P to stop the animation. Devices with reduced motion enabled skip the opening fireworks. The playground contains moving, flashing lights.
