Spend Elon Musk's Money

You are handed an amount of money that does not really mean anything at that scale and invited to spend it. The catalogue opens sensibly enough with coffee and phones and cars, and then it slides. A small island. A dinosaur skeleton. Every pigeon in New York. One really nice chair, priced at eight hundred million dollars for reasons the catalogue declines to explain. The point is not efficient shopping. The point is the receipt at the end, which lists everything you did and quietly judges you for it.

How to Play

Add and remove items freely. Your remaining balance updates as you go, and nothing is ever locked in, so buy fourteen million burgers and then change your mind. When you are finished, press the receipt button to close out your spending spree. The receipt lists every line item, your total, your remaining balance and a short verdict on your performance as a wealthy person.

FAQ

Is this affiliated with Elon Musk?
No. It is an unofficial parody for entertainment, not affiliated with or endorsed by him or his companies.
Are the prices real?
Some are roughly real. Many are invented for comic effect. None should be used for any actual purchase.
Is the net worth figure accurate?
It is a round number chosen for the joke. Real net worth moves daily and this game does not track it.
Can I get my receipt as an image?
Yes. The receipt renders as a shareable card at the end.
